Just so everyone is aware.................

You may have received notice from the Govt.'s victim information site that James Reskin was sentenced to 5 yrs. incarceration and 5 yrs. Federal supervision. This is not correct. James Reskin did not receive incarceration. An error somehow occurred when transcripts where sent from the court to the various bureau's. The V/W assistance bureau received this info. as stated above and is at present aware of the error.
