I call BULLSHIT on that....JBI needs an independent BOD...it is idiotic for the BOD to consist of 2 people...both of them running the company....Bogolin as CEO and Ingham as CFO.....where's the checks and balances on these tools?...there are zero....they can run amock and do as they please....first 50 grand goes up in smoke plus a nice fat raise to an already bloated salary....what's NEXT?
