It's quite disturbing to me that so many have jumped on the negative side here. JB has been extremely transparent. In fact too transparent sometimes, when he is trying to keep us informed. For him to not have the 10Q out yet means he is trying his best to straighten out some screw up that he inherited. Give him the benefit of the doubt until HE really does screw up. He has some big things coming very shortly so I am buying here.
