They still need money for marketing it and operations in order to sustain those efforts. Dilution is necessary for companies like them at this level. Fortunately they have a lot of shares in the AS to supplement that if they do it right. If thy dilute down here repetitively and not where they were a few months ago it could really upset some of the shareholders that bought in when they were at .06 - .08 cents a share.

Averaging down is always an option but not until there is a substantial guarantee or speculative promise that the pps will in fact move to the upside based on the success of mingle. I want to see some results before I cross that bridge, that is for sure.
