There are many of us just like yourself that have invested just as much as you. Some others have invested more others less. I think we all or most of us invested (like you) believing this company has a product that hopefully one day will go to market and make some kind of splash, amybe even a huge one. Just as you probably have done I have played with many of these penny stock companies over the years. In all honesty my track record is average at best and the reason I say that is because I understand the volatility of these type companies. I look at most of those companies and do my DD as best you can. What I learned and rather quickly I might add is that trying to figure these lower level companies out financially is like trying to hit the moon with a BB gun. When I came upon this company I stopped and watched for a few days and read about what this companies product was. After some research I realized that maybe for the first time playing the pennies I found a real company with a real product that has a possible long term future. It didn't take me long to start buying believe me. I understand why at points they are diluting... They need monies to keep the doors open and pay the bills. Realize one thing, they don't have huge personnel to go around the world marketing their product. They are probably trying to stay away from venture capitalist for obvious reasons and in the meantime keep on trying to improve the product they have with R&D. That takes money my friend. That's where Genport in my mind has come in and probably saved this company. Genport once this merger happens will have all the resources needed for this product and others like it to flourish. My only argument with you is if you'd like to see all your money come back why do you kick the company in the go-nads at every opportunity... Sounds counter productive to me??? I totally believe this is going to be a gem of a merger and company. This is not like 85% of the other penny companies around. This has value, maybe not as fast as you'd like but it has. Trying to chart companies like these at those stages of development are nearly impossible to figure out. Again, as I said when I saw the news that Genport stepped in I knew this was going to be a winner. Sit back and relax my friend. Once things come into play your $9000.00 will look like play money.
