The direction the company has taken was less rah-rah and more substance. I prefer that. Press release mean nothing if no substance behind it. The fact the company goes liquid pretty soon and will announce revenues from the $25M their government contracts had pending is big enough news for me. I do not know what else you're looking for.
I see an 8K from last year than will produce 80 million free trading shares any day now. I would assume the game begins from there. They had no liquidity before so I didn't expect much but I would assume that the key shareholders had no intentions to exhaust their company or investments for a few mill.
You ask about ads and marketing. The company was on cover of Wall Street Journal. Its in Google and on their website. That had to cost as much as the current net worth alone. The company wasn't even public when that happened.
