100% agree thoughts....unless they have been waiting to see if they were awarded a piece of the $10M TPP grant and multi-year partnering from MJFF to be awarded any day now(in May 2013 per MJFF site).

This would provide the same benefit with no/zero/nada obligation to share in royalty or ownership.....Huge benefit to shareholders!

I'm been looking for this to come about for several months and am beginning to think it may not come to pass. But, even if there were a slight chance, Gerald would have a been a terrible CEO to strike a deal before he knew.
