Good evening Joe,

It just depends on the stock most of these penny stocks are scams and just keep diluting till the stock is down to triple zeros, from there they do a reverse split and repeat the whole process all over again. Some companies like AFPW for instance performed a RS for a merger which is a great reason for the RS...
