Actually, it likely would have been left alone if Allyn hadn't decided to utilize empty threats and intimidation towards those asking legitimate questions. Now, he has opened that pandora's box, and everything will unfold as the SEC deems it to unfold. And if that means they opt to halt the stock for 10 days, and banish it to the greys with the CE symbol yet again, so be it. It could end up worse than that, depending on how much they find when they dig. And again, thanks to those threats, much of the digging is being done for them.
I'm sorry but when a connected company suddenly offers up a dividend and all the players are connected to a "bad" individual, it reeks, and not of the plant variety.
