Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 8:14 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday rejected a Transit Security Administration contractor's efforts to recoup $5.3 million in Washington state taxes, finding that the company's contract related to explosive detection equipment installed at airports didn't allow it to seek reimbursement.
