Solomon is doing everything in his power to avoid significant further dilution. He needs too raise 18 mil to complete this yrs program, and if he is able to do it under satisfactory terms that will the end of dilution. He has had numerous offers for convertible bonds, but he has thus far rejected them because he does not want to dilute at all
