100 million common shares to aegy means they can dump it at SKTO prices. Which Mai SKTO stock go down. Now you will get your share equal to aegy which is worth a lot less basically add a zero in front of .02 and that's what your aegy is worth.

So overall if aegy needs money they dump SKTO stock bring down the pps.
