Grandmaster good question. Here are my reasons:

1. dividend so small it's negligible, so why bother
2. AEGY was trading fine without SKTO involvement
3. i don't want to file additional paperwork to account for a couple hundred bucks. instead i will donate it to those who only make $25/month. LOL
