Let me clarify my comment, their Bio-assets have proven value.
Their patents related to EMR/Web based portals currently have NO value. Many patents have no value because no one uses them or has classified them as being valid.
So since I am taking the position that they currently have zero value there is not much I need to do to prove they are worthless.
However you, if you wish to convince me, must show me data in the form of revenue they have generated or a valuation from an independent source that MMRF did not pay for that they do have value.
Otherwise, today, this minute they have no value and to MMRF they are actually a liability on their books.
I would love to eat crow in the future and be wrong, but today I am 100% correct.
