Float is 546,697,244

Need some help here
I am new to these penny stocks. But the way I read this is the o/s is 950 million divided by 40,000 that equals 23750 shares each on average well I have 11250 and I am sure others have more and some have less but am sure the average is close to the 23750 so what is it going to take to move this.
