I am OUT. I have taken my loss (20k) and will move on. I have been a believer in over 4 years (1 year on this board) but now I had enough of this lousy management. The last 10-Q was a "make or break" for me. Unfortunately, it was the latest. No revenue... even with purchase orders for 5 NPU-60 units and letters of credit! It should have been possible to get a loan at a bank with those ones. I was also believing in some sales from the D-20. But nothing, nada. And now the 5 billion shares. Those people should sell the company to someone competent. Man, we had to send corrections by mail to MS for his own blog. And look at their homepage: an 8 year old child would do better (maybe I should ask my son to do it for him?). If you were a potential investor, wouldn't you spend a few minutes on Ecolocap's homepage? Would you be impressed?
Don't take it wrong, I am of course sad about my loss (my wife says it was an expensive hobby, but thank God we are still married :0)), but I still believe in the technologies (M-Fuel and batteries)... I just don't believe in the management anymore. If they show revenues some time (maybe in a few decades), I would be the first one to invest again. But I won't pay their salary and bonus until I see a proof of some revenues.
Make sure you don't do the same mistake as I did... I tried to average down my investment all the time (I came to 0,005 - still 10 times the actual price). In a few weeks the price will probably be at 0,0001 thanks to the new shares.
Thanks to all of you (especially surfguy, flawless, rino1, kennypooh, MD3, HB, kakaobaron, MB25, guyg, moneyjames) - it has been fun to read your posts. I will keep an eye on this board... maybe I could get my money back in 30-40 years?
Good luck to you guys, and be careful :0)
