The least they can do, if all technicalities have been resolved, is disclose the prospectus, apply for a listing, and determine a date later on.

We already know how this will play out. They apply in September, there will be inquiries from First North, resulting in more delays. Then Christmas holidays are up, resulting in even more delays.

Penser can go screw themselves. They have no credibility if they don't apply now.
