I agree with your thesis for the most part. My only concern revolves around the performance of this stock after positive catalyst which have been sub par at best in the last 9 months. This stock has trouble holding gains and I just don't see any reason to believe that this time will be any different. If the Judge rules favorably there will be lots of trapped longs who will want out and I firmly believe that one will be able to jump back in at a lower price after the dust settles. I am here to make money, not make love to Vringo.
