Jeff Brumfield would not be listed in any SEC filing if he bought his shares on the open market prior to 2004. (as Kidd already informed you)

And another point, JB must really be on top on things if he bought CDEx in 2004, but never heard of Loch until 2010. What excellent DD before he bought millions of shares!

So he knew nothing about the history of the Loch/CDEx scam until he began CEO in 2010! LOL! Now that's fuuny!!
