i'm basing my decision on the things posted by the company, and told to me by mr giles; all of which have no truth to them. as far as the lawsuit it could be just the oppisite of what the p and d newsletters are doing, short the stock then file a lawsuit; either way i know what i was told and have read; the least the company should do is announce any standing orders, word on production, and explain it's involvement with APS if any
