I see you cleverly omitted the year which the 8K was filed to make your argument.

My position stands.

You can't file an 8K in January stating the company borrowed $X's from company Y and 6 months later state the company "started" borrowing money from company Y.

BTW, DD is more than just cutting information which another has gathered and making it seem like your own. When questions arise about the validity of the information, answers can not be produced.
