Tex, I don't think Joe had any say so in that deal.

It had to be Jeff allowing MO and Mike to do what ever they wanted. It's easy to see Jeff just gave up the fight.
Jeff to MO, " yeah you want to say you hold this note? What ever! Say anything ya want" " just so long as I can walk Scott free. I don't care any more"

The bigger question, did Mike and MO know Jeff was going to lay down before Joe?
"Fellas, I'm turning this entire thing over to Joe. So if y'all want anything, ya better do it now"

Now did they have legal right to take anything from N?
Or even better, Can Joe create a claim or is there a claim?
How bad does MK want Joe to go away so he can keep beating that humanitarian horn he is selling?

Until we see a business actually set up that makes a few dollars, nothin but this paper changing of the same claim is all there is.
