The speed limit in Texas is 80mph in some areas. Will you get a ticket for 83 mph ? Not likely. But if you drive a rag and weave in and out of traffic, not going with the flow.... you prob will get a pink copy. Same goes for dispensaries, They are already operating on the edge from the git-go. and when they don't feel the need to come into compliance "because of THE MAN syndrome" and go with the flow "imo potheads not the most ambitious people"... RESULT.. a GRAN OPENING to GRAN CLOSING. SKTO will be instrumental, as laws get tougher. all imo
