You guys are all high! As soon as it pops, if it pops on a favorable ruling, sell it and get back in when the shorts drive it back down again. You know that will happen. So forget about whatever % upside down you are in this stock and sell on any significant move up. Why would you want to squander profits waiting for more supposed profits in the future when you can take profit now? Doesn't make sense. Don't fall in love or marry any stock, not worth it. Take the money and run. If you don't, you will be disappointed!
