The simple solution is legalizing marijuana.....BUT

that would that would be the end of MMJ.

If MMJ is ever recognized by the FEDS (FDA), it would require years of trials to gain approvals needed.

MMJ is limited in it's growth, for now. If recreational use becomes the law of the land, Hipple/Jan's latest share selling/issuing scheme will be more ridiculous than it already is.

Mom and pops don't need to spend MILLION$ if they risk federal prosecution. That's money down the drain.
