You are correct. Now answer this question for me. Who would loose more,you as the property owner or the tenant for unpaid taxes? There is NO EVIDANCE THAT AAPT HAS NOT PAID THERE RENT INCLUDING TAXES. If the property owner did not paid the tax, well that has nothing to do with AAPT as some here would lead you to believe. The property owner is ultimately responsible for the property tax not the tenant. End of story!
