I'll probably get ripped for saying this....... but what if premarkman run is already here? No one really even knows what kind of money wddd is entitled? Also even if Markman is successful..... longs have a frustrating road ahead if Activision does not offer settlement. Just look at Vringo.....they did have good marksman run....but they were going after Google which is way bigger than Activision. Unless we get some good news or catalyst the run was over at .55.....cmon die hards rip my argument to shreds....
