"effing hate that Feb Industry wide pump"

I've been wondering about that. I too noticed that around the first week of Feb. several medical marijuana stocks went real high then came crashing down soon after. So it was coordinated manipulation done by big players? How does that work? how did whoever is responsible get the stocks to rise so high? It would educate me to learn.
