There is no selling of 10M shares as you referenced. It is important to accurately remember what is said, i.e. Fromer said:

"Just to keep you up to date on what's been done on the outreach side, we have brought in almost 10 million shares worth of new buyers over the last two months."

So no dilution, no selling.
