I think there will be a settlement, just not until well after the appeal is filed formally and the Jackboots realize they and some of their cronies face time behind bars. I got time, no hurry here. Sitting on a 4 bagger at the moment on the shares I do have in my trading account, and a double on my IRA shares.

How's your short position doing BTW?
