One can see by looking at the financial report...which is congruent to the latest filing on May 15, 2013 that the company has very little in the way of cash, totally invested in itself. There is however a huge amount of private investment and there are over 3 billion shares of common stock held by the public. The company has also received a Federal contract...in many parts the first of which ends in July and then continues, should the DoD officials be satisfied with the progress.

As soon as we see the company turn a profit...that is when we will all see the PPS go up, perhaps considerably and bigger investors get on the wagon. It will not happen before that.
