ok, I get it sorta like "you screwed me so now I'm going to screw you" but if that person who invested $50 grand does not give up their shares does that effect the entire company to complete the r/s ?

One thing that concerns me is the 1st Qtr financials were not autited as the CEO said they would be.

He protrays himself this rightous religous person yet he continues to not do as he says. Making False public statements is grounds for being a Conman Pinksheet CEO Fraud, take that to church tomorrow!

I don't have much money in this ( .10 is my New costs basis) but I hate to see anyone be lied to.
