I believe this means there are no bid or ask anymore. It can still trade, it just doesn't have a central place for the bids and asks to go. Much harder to get a decent buy or sell. There are lots of stocks trading on the grey market, but they will be volatile and wild. If good news comes out, this could move quickly. Still a public company. We will see.
