Both Larry Panik/Bruce Hoyt talk all-over www.siliconinvestor.com about working with TMM since 96 Bruce was CEO/President of DFI when they merged in 99-2000 Larry on siliconinvestors.com was the Ralph Nader as he states of TMM so he was a consultant,of what,who knows.I thought he was dentist,but it looks like he wanted more,and that is what HE WILL GET.2/2000 Bruce Hoyt openly admits on the silicon website about using TRUDEF/PLUG-IN CODEC There is a lot you don't know Bill,thats okay I understand,its tough being you,but with a little help,you just might make it,someday......If TS was wrong,then so were the parties that excepted the deal.ALL this was already taken care of,lets try and keep with todays issues.TMMI Intellectual Property-Licence-Trademarks etc..You need to read post 1140/1141 S L O W L Y you will see all you need to see DFMI/DFI shady deals of Smoke and Mirros throughout 2000 Larry/Bruce jump ship from DFMI in Oct 2007;Dec 2007 and 2008(dimension website)under patent,research the dates Larry applies for a patent,really;With what product or Codec,maybe a copy since Bruce had a copy as he states back in 2/2000,so as the dormant years went on with TMMI and shareholders got madder and madder,so did the developmment of a codec behind closed doors without anyone ever knowing,until it all started to come forth which brings us back to court for the second and last time....I think,and this is my opinion Larry was paid that 3 million shares for his job duties whatever they were,but then he was asked to give back the shares,so somewhere a shady deal took place,maybe when TS traveled to Larry's home in Hawaii,maybe a copy somehow made its way into Larry's hands.That is my opinion!We will see what takes place in court.....PS I KNOW YOU KNOW ABOUT Larry/TMM;BECAUSE HE MENTIONS YOU ON silicoinvestors.com So you knew Larry back in 2000,as he refers to you as 4retire,and your comments on RB and it's still great to be me!Enjoy your weekend.....Hey Bill you like staircase of blues...
