Now is the time to accumulate. They are definitely trying to get everything set in place for when Federal legislation eventually comes, which will open up EVERYTHING!!
I'm fine with dilution and a low PPS for now, Just means I'll have that many more shares when this thing takes off, whether it be 2 yrs or 10 yrs from now, it is coming sooner or later.
If you cannot afford or aren't able to wait possibly yrs for the big $, you should not invest in this or any other marijuana related stock. The only thing that will make this and any other ticker in this sector make huge gains is that legislation.
