Class Action update from 2 days ago:

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an agreement in principle to settle this action and
are currently in the process of drafting settlement papers that the parties intend to file with the
Court as soon as possible;
WHEREAS, the parties agree that, in light of the settlement reached, the scheduling
deadlines set forth within the Court’s January 4, 2013 Discovery Plan and Order should no
longer be applicable;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate as follows:
1. The Scheduling deadlines set forth within the Court’s January 4, 2013 Discovery
Plan and Order should no longer be applicable. If, for some reason, the parties are unable to
finalize a settlement, or if the settlement is not approved by the Court, the parties will submit a
new Proposed Discovery Plan and Order within 30 days of the Court’s decision.
