Good morning, Jahiles. Got up, got myself together, got the cats fed, and got your reply. Thanks for the dates, and for doing all this research. And thanks for doing what no one else has ever been able to do, which is get me to finally join FaceBook. ;0) I appreciate it, and definitely don't doubt your veracity at all. My FB account doesn't show the messages on his page that you mentioned, but I believe you saw them. I have no reason to doubt you at all. It may be as you say that they only show up on your business account. Regardless, I'm sure Steve is involved with this Whole Solutions company. I can see the evidence right there on his FB page because he links to its website on his contact page. Furthermore Steve lists his languages as English and Latin, and the Whole Solutions site has a whole section in Latin. Now, that's something you don't see every day!

So I'm coming to some tentative conclusions here. As you discovered, Whole Solutions lists the 32 Masonic address. Remember the poster who discovered that Somatics had moved out of that address last year? Steve seemed annoyed that investors had discovered this move when I contacted him about it, and said he had intended to announce it later himself. But he never mentioned anything about what organization was going to be moving in. It's looking to me like he was simply moving the Somatics headquarters out to make room for his other business. Kind of moving Somatics off the back burner to an even more remote back burner. And if so, he likely didn't want to tell SMAS investors this. I could be wrong, of course. Just speculating, but it's looking that way to me. If so this would also suggest that the other poster who posted that Somatics was "evicted" from that address was wrong. He never did provide any evidence to back up that claim, and I have always suspected because it wasn't an eviction. It would now seem Steve just wanted the space for his other business.

So far it doesn't appear to me that Steve has "left" Somatics for this other company, or given up on Somatics. And on 8/30/2012 he posted about Somatics, and linked to a page that includes upcoming Somatics events on 6/29/2013 and another next year. I just think he's got several pokers in the fire at the same time. The frustrating thing about SMAS is that the stock just sits there on the gray market year after year with no market makers, few trades, and thousands of dollars required to reinstate Somatics Inc. with the Nevada SOS. But at the same time the Somatics website remains active, and the company occasionally has activity. Frustrating! I'd like to see the stock trade again. I know there are those who would like to see SMAS de-listed and Aronstein in jail. While it might be personally satisfying for some to see that, I don't see how it would help those who still have money tied up in SMAS. So here we are, hoping against the odds that something good will happen. Who knows? It appears Aronstein has money and other prospects, and he says he wants to revive the stock. Of course he's been saying that for quite some time....

Anyway, I will continue to try to find those specific messages you mentioned. I do notice that messages on his FB page can be copied, so maybe you could post them that way.

Thanks again.
