Nobody is disputing the 10K. I just don't believe this statement applies here;

"This is typical for most COMMERCIAL leases and I would expect that the Johnson County Assessor bills AAPT DIRECTLY for their allocable portion of the REAL ESTATE TAXES."

I believe, as owner of the property, Olsen is responsible for paying the full taxes on the property.

I also believe, for whatever reason, Olsen is not paying the taxes even though they have collected AAPT's portion.
