Something i was alerted to was the time frame of all the acquisitions. 3-31-13 was the end date for quarter 1. The acquisitions happened at the end or after that. I am guessing those wouldnt have made it into the fins which could have provided nothing to the investors. Instead they are probably going to wait after all the news they posted to put there out fins in the next quarter when they have everything together.
