I respectfully disagree. When the filing comes out of course it will not be good and none of prior ones were either. This is a start up company. Yes they will dilute; however, I think that is done.
They need to fund the company and this is the way they do it. I'm totally fine with it. I mean even if we are at say 120 million shares that is Nothing in Pennyland. A lot have billions outstanding. 120 million is nothing. Actually very low. Now if it were a billion then I would worry.
So if you expect expect great things from the 10k you are not a very experienced investor nor patient.
This company is on the verge if great things and it takes money. Have a good weekend and hope you see what I'm saying. GO EEDG.
