Falon, don't you think it is just PR fluff.
SNEY sold black sands - but keeps revenue details a secret????
Still hasn't told shareholders/investors actual state of licenses. The exploratory licenses were good for 3 years - its been way over 3 years now. SNEY has not gotten mining licenses.

So is SNEY dredging Pampana illegally if exploratory licenses have exprired? Dredgemaster probably knows the answer to this.
