sorry, Jonah2, don't have private message.

discussion on present hell.

taken from Luke 16:19-31.

Lazerarus died, angels caried him to Paradise. but a place of comfort (not heaven) When christ was curisified he went to hell to get the keys of hell then he went to paradise to preach about himself.

rich man dies and went to hell. place of torment.

rich man Abraham and Lazarus all maintained their distinct identites from earch showing direct continuity from their early lives to afterlives.

rich man and lazarus had physical forms. rich man had a tongue and a thirst that he wished to satisfy with water. Lazarus had a finger, and water to dip his finger,.

rich man had remembered and could possible see his lost brothers. he was worried aout their welfare and asks that Lazarus sends warnings to them, thus indicating a consciousness after death and clear memory of earth and people on earch.

Abraham says no one cfan cross the gap from heaven and hell.

Jesus intended for us to see that people in present heave and present hell as people with thoughts and memories of time on earth
and different capacities. they have identies, memories and awaremess of what is going on in earth.

when we die, we either go to present heaven which is a place, like th earth is a place or present hell. both described very differently. heaven comfort, joy, and rich relationships with God and others, especially our families. Hell-misery, hopelessness and isolation and most of all, NO relationship with our God.

God has a plan for evil known in Revelation as the Lake of Fire after judgment. This will be a very different place from present hell.
