EXPU doesn't have a license yet according to the GA dept of AG (yes, I called them today). The license is pending: EXPU needs to complete paperwork. Still, they can't/should not have shipped water without one which is a very big deal- something is not right here- are they really that stupid? Robert told me to expect a PR last week and it doesn't look like we will even get one this week! Their lies, dubious associations, and unsavory business practices continue to cast long shadows over EXPU's destiny.
