not really junk....tmm owns qtn...according to wash.state sos frank and renee are DIRECTORS not owners of qtn...they have a fudiciary duty to the shareholders of tmm who owns qtn....THE SHAREHOLDERS OF TMM OWN QTN PERIOD.

breech of fudiciary duty is a prosecuteable offence...

sooooo....until an audit or 10q is available...we wait
