Not only did gold and silver bounce off the bottom, they did it on a day when they normally would not do so.
China's numbers were lower and some US economic numbers were more positive than first expected. Normally, both of these would work against metals.
So, in regards to your question, I think the answer for a Cartel raid on Monday is a given. For them not to raid the PMs after a day like today, especially on lighter volume, would go against their nature. Remember, precious metals cannot rally to high or there is danger of the "recovery" showing weakness and slowing. Now, we all know we can't have that (grin).
