It is almost like the lender loaned the money to themselves. Let's be realistic. They own the company. They already control 48% of the stock and have a lien on the mine as collateral. This is not a win-win for us. It's a can't-lose for them. Unless they don't get the mine open. Then they are the biggest bagholder.
