No, you are wrong, Tripp owns left Bank llc which is an independent company that makes and sells the thc under the dixie brand. They licenses the right to use the name Dixie Elixirs from Red Dice Holdings. Left Bank LLC also goes by the registered fictitious name name Dixie Elixiers LLC.

Mjna owns 60% of red dice holdings which owns the BRAND NAME, not the company Dixie Elixirs.
