So you're saying that they already had/have the science? There's no need nor never was a need for further investment, improvement, nor any monies that were required to sustain and protect or further develop this 'Technology' that fell into their laps?

Are you also saying that Macular is footing the bill 100% for all testing, enhancements, and protection of all patents.

I mean $1,600.00 R&D for ground breaking , technology that will change the way even aspirins are administered?
