Is there any vitamin or supplement recommended for staving off macular degeneration in someone whose father suffered from it? (Lycopene?)
Also, separate question: What is the evidence about the benefits if any of SAM-e?
One book by three physicians which was recommended to me by a physician endorses SAM-E:
