Yup, I tried to buy some shares at .02 with 30 seconds left. At the time the bid was .019 and the ask was .02... somehow I bought the stock at .02, but it never crossed the board and went down to .0185 instead. Shady doings.

Although I admit I was trying to get it to close at .02. It was still messed up.
